This month we’re doing things a little differently. An Outlet are arranging some of their regular gatherings to coincide with In The City, as part of the official line-up. They’re also debuting their new book club - Tome Deaf: concerned with discussing books on the lives and works of renegade musicians. This month it’s The Dirt - the Motley Crue biography. I’m 3/4 of the way through so far and I have to say I’m riveted. I may have developed a soft spot for Tommy Lee too. We’ll be teaming up with Tome Deaf to cap off the evening with some audio visual stimulation, so after the discussion it seems only fitting that we screen your favourite… music biopic!
